  Horrible. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza an hour before hand, and when I got there the cashier charged me only to tell me they ran out of stuffed crust. Little to more to say, I got my refund and went to little Caesars down the street of terry parkway. Never had a problem there. No wonder my friend quit his job there.

  Horrible this is by far the worst pizza hut I've ever been too. Every single time I order it takes an hour and 30 min and I live 2 blocks away . And every single time my order is wrong. Some times I send it back. Some times I just deal with it. But this time is the last straw. They don't treat their customer like they appreciate them and their the ones that are wrong and incompetant

  Ordered online and was told my order would be ready by 6 24 pm. Arrived a couple mins early and menu board said my order was ready. Then nobody could find it anywhere. Was told that they skipped it and were very busy and did lots of orders after mine but not mine. I asked for compensation, meaning a discount. The cashier, who was sweet, spoke to mgr and they gave me free breadsticks. Had to wait forever while numerous people came in and left with their orders. Mgr never bothered to apologize. Girl who finally brought out my order didn't either.
