  Here just about everyday and order the same drink so you'd think they'd understand to stir the sugar from the bottom right? NOT!! They just let it sit there. High employee turnover here though and probably lack of proper training. #stirrednotshaken

  Awful location. Poorly designed parking area. Get stuck due to the drive thru line.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE NEW ORLEANS AND SURROUNDING AREA!!!!! I am very disappointed with both the level of service and the product!!! I visit this location at least 4 times a week and every OTHER time my coffee is what someone else ordered! Gosh...I am so frustrated. I pay $5.10 for a cup of coffee, it could at least be right!! I asked the guy at the drive-thru window to please make sure to take the foam off my coffee and top it off. He (Mike or Matt) ASSURED me he would check it. I even tipped he $1.00 to ensure accuracy. Welp...I get 2 blocks away and something said...check your cup...THERE YOU HAVE IT...FULL OF FOAM AND NOT TOPPED OFF!!! I will be curious to see if the Manager of that location reaches out to me, either way I will meet with the manager Blanche on Monday! BRIGHT and EARLY! Just so disappointed!!!!!
